Syennfa The skies over the Pyr lands are warm and dry, tasting of ocean salt and sweet, sweet calm. The winds are swift and the breezes easy, prefect for flying. The Syennfa is a place of peace for the Pyr, a place where the dragons may escape from the war that ravages the lands day and night. The air has not been touched by the scent of blood, nor has it yet seen a battle between bands. |

Nereides Upon taking flight into the lands of the Pyr, a glorious sight will meet you; a great spread of nothing but water. The Nereides is crystal clear, and the waters are warm. The surface is usually calm, giving you a clear view of the sands below the blue waters. The beaches are white and gleam like ivory, cool at night and warm to the touch during the day. Perfect for sun-bathing and relaxing when the war is at a temporary pause, if only for a minute. |

Kavalas Past the gleaming white beaches of the Nereides lies the Kavalas; seemingly endless miles of rolling plains where the ocean breeze is warm and the grasses are green almost all year round. There is not a tree in sight however, which may leave the midsummer afternoons as hot as a desert. If it weren't for the salty breeze, that is. |

Farsalon As you cross the plains of the Kavalas, you will run into the towering forests of Farsalon. The trees there are forever green, taller than they eye can see, and much of them conveniently spaced far enough apart for a dragon. The ground beneath the canopies is damp and some areas are rocky and slick with morning dew and moss. Don't move too quickly though, for the trees may close up without a warning. |

Crete Mountains As the forest of Farsalon begins to disperse you will come face to face with the sky high Crete Mountains. Much of the surface is made of massive gray boulders; some melded together, while others may come loose if enough force is inflicted. The higher you climb, the less greenery you will find. It often snows during the cold seasons, leaving the mountain sides slick when the seasons begin to warm. |

Arethusa Deep within the Crete Mountains is the Arethusa. From the joining of the two highest peaks streaks a large waterfall, seeming to slow from nowhere. But the falls aren't the true Aerthusa, it's what is behind it; a huge cave that stretches back and down for miles. The sides of the cave are a dark red shade, laced with veins of gold. Limestone stalagmites and stalactites jut from most of the surface, leaving only one smooth, worn path in and out. Within the depths of the cave sits a golden lake; the glassy surface only disturbed by the occasional drop of water that drips from a large stalactite overhead. A large ledge hangs out over the shimmering lake. |

Ouranos You will know immediately when you cross into the realm of the Leviathan. The skies here are not crystal clear and pure like that of the Syennfa; they my be that brilliant blue, but the air is thick with the stench of old blood and death. The weather is colder in the Leviathan realm, and when the sun begins to set, the skies bleed red. |

Vrachodis Mountains The Vrachodis Mountains stard out clearly against the skies of the Ouranos. They are stained a deep crimson red, the color of blood and the result of many battles long past. It is often snowy due to the Leviathan realm having higher altitude than the rest of the lands. The highest points of the Vrachodis is always shrouded in clouds. |

Gehenna Deep within the towering peaks of the Vrachodis Mountains is the Gehenna, the Lake of Fire. It sits like a looming black mass, seeming to spiral down endlessly. It's over a thousand feet wide, and no one knows how deep. No matter how cold it gets in the Vrachodis, the water always remains warm and never freezes over. It gets it's name from the shades of red and gold it turns as the setting sun strikes it through the gaps in the mountains. |

Sheol Even deeper within the Vrachodis Mountains, within the dark fiery depths of the Gehenna, is the Sheol. If you swim deep enough and look hard enough, you might just find the well-hidden entrance. If you can hold your breath for long enough, that is. Once you find the entrance, you are faced with a mile long tunnel that is only wide enough for a single large dragon. If you make it that far, you will surface in the middle of a blood red lake, much smaller than that of the Gehenna. The grotto is vast, and the light filtering in from a small hole miles above your head shows smooth walls with the color of the water. The only flaw in the surfaces is a dozen wide ledges, each large enough to hold multiple dragons. Legend has it that the Sheol used to be a safe haven for dragons; a silver-veined cave that was save from harm. |

Mykonos Beyond the vast expanse of the Vrachodis Mountains list an even wider span of desert. The Mykonos is dry and hot most of the year. The sands are scorching to the touch and roll with the caress of a sweltering wind. They are a deep shade of orange to the point where they are almost crimson. There is no water here, except for the slight change of rain during the winter season. |

Acheron One you begin to work your way through the Mykonos and toward the Void and Pyr lands, you will stumble upon a foul place. Acheron is dangerous if you do not watch your step. Even though you can see the gleaming waters of Nereus off in the distance, these dangerous grounds will likely be far more vile and repulsive that anything you have ever seen. The shallow pools of water are putrid; murky, mossy, and reeking of rotting flesh. It wouldn't be all that uncommon to find a carcass floating and decaying in the reeds that line the superficial interconnecting ponds. |

Anemos The atmosphere between the Pyr lands and the Leviathan realm is constantly changing, just like the winds. Today the air might be as pure and just as crisp as the Syennfa, and tomorrow they might burn your senses with the tainted scent of the Ouranos. The winds over the lands of Taranis all combine here, swirling in an endless cloud of confusion. |

Athos Mountains Toward the North of the Void, you will see the Athos Mountains. These mountains are far taller than the Crete, Vrachodis, and Delos mountains. The spires are jagged and sharp, making it difficult to land in most places. There are some smooth areas here at there however. They are massive ledges that were said to have been carved out by the elder Wyrms who have long past. |

Zephyrus This is the largest peak of the Athos Mountains. It towers at least a mile over the rest of Taranis, and is quite the wonder to behold. The base of the Zephyrus begins to thin, when one would normally think that the mountains would end. But instead, the gray rock shifts to gold and the mountain begins to thicken again. The top of Zephyrus is a large, flat surface about 100 feet across. It shimmers in the sun like a smooth, flat coin. The high winds at the top of Zephyrus may make it hard to stay anchored upon the small surface. |

Delos Mountains The Delos mountains sit on the Southern part of the Void. They are the smallest of the mountains, only about half the size of the Crete, Vrachodis, and Athos. The slopes are smooth, and covered in dirt and grasses in some areas. The summits of each peak are rounded and not pointed like the rest of the mountains in Taranis. |

Evia Between the Athos Mountains and Delos Mountains sits the Evia; a circular island about ten miles in diameter. Most of the island is covered in various grasses, ranging in shades from golden yellow to emerald green. The blades along with the tall palm trees sway gracefully in the ocean breezes. Some of the trees grow bananas, while others grow coconuts. The sands are a white gold color. They glisten like diamonds on the Pyr shores, and they bleed like rubies on the Leviathan coast. |

Spilaio Beneath the Athos Mountains, the island of Evia, and the Delos Mountains lies the sprawling veins of the Spilaio. There are seemingly endless miles of tunnels and caves beneath the oceans, mountains, and other areas. Some tunnels are thin enough for only the smallest dragons, while others are large enough for multiple dragons. The same goes for the caves. The only problem with being this far below the surface is the face that there is little to no light. |

Erimos Past the Delos Mountains, on the southernmost part of the Void, is the Erimos. A vast desert where the clouds and rains never reach. The weather is dry and hot almost all year, and there are frequent high winds. The crusts are hard, dried, and cracked from the harsh summer days that never seem to end. |

Nereus Surrounding the Void is the Nereus, an ocean presenting itself in a deep shade of navy blue. The waters are frigid and the surface is often in turmoil due to the winds. The Nereus winds around the Void mountains, between the Athos Mountains, the Delos Mountains, and the island of Evia. Use caution when swimming; scary creatures are lurking in the dark. Tangles of seaweed aren't the only things that might grab you. |
